Clairmont The Second’s latest film “Brick” is a journey worth taking

By Kosher

Clairmont The Second is always one artist you can depend on for visual and sonic growth every time you check in on his new work. His latest film “Brick”, released last week, off his latest project “Do You Drive?”

“Do You Drive?”, the follow up to his Juno nominated LP “Lil Mont from the Ave”, is an eight-track album filled with a reminiscence of the rappers past. The music video Brick, documents this both visually and lyrically. The film switches back and forth between images of VHS players, cassette tapes and Clairmont driving around in his Mini Coop. It delivers a journey of Clairmont reminiscing, reflecting, and recapturing a time of financial hardships and hustling his way through it.
